Vajroli 4

 

1)    Start by sitting in Dandasana

2)    Bending forward, grab the right toe with the right hand.

Ø     The left hand stays on the left thigh

3)    With and inhalation, fall flat on your back

Ø     The right leg stays perpendicular to the floor

Ø     The left hand stays on the left thigh

Ø     Avoid taking the left heel off the floor when descending into the pose.

4)    Now maintaining the contact of the left heel on the floor, inhale and come up into sitting position

Ø     Avoid using the left hand as leverage for coming up.

5)    Return to dandasana.

6)    Now grab the left toe and repeat on the other side
